Fall-Winter 2026 Runway Show
Fall Winter 2026 Sportmax is a story of dynamism. Like its core woman, this is a collection on-the-move, with shapeshifting garments and convertible looks, and an emphasis on the graphic. There is no clutter weighing the Sportmax woman down.
As always, the collection’s bedrock is the Sportmax-signature doublé. Here, it is a canvas for experimentation with shape, notably around the neckline. Juxtapositions is another key theme: suede against leather, detachable contrast collars, sudden shifts from long to short, matte to shine, sheer to opaque.
An essential piece is the layerable, mix-and-match gilet, with its oversize origami collar. Like much here, the gilet was conceived with versatility in mind — a motif running through the collection’s wraps and cinches, and even its wear-anywhere deconstructed tailoring.
Another theme is lightness. This is a Fall Winter collection unafraid of showing skin. It is its own textural and graphic effect, sleekly deployed in bodyskimming knits and jerseys, and part of a general paring back, a seeking for the essential in each silhouette. The collection’s sole embellishments are its hints of sparkle, its sexy slashes, its contrast trims, its flashes of color. This restraint leaves breathing room for forceful accessories — printed leather earrings with coloured crocodile effect and clutches like ‘Baldessari dots’; great ropes of metallic fringe. Like the rest of the collection, Texan boots and wedge heels are designed with the Sportmax woman top of mind: refined, wanting more from fashion than nostalgia, understanding and demanding quality, with places to go.
